With the development of modern electronic control technology for thedevelopment of loader technology provides a new direction. Remote control andintelligence have became the best program to solve the existing problems of loaders.This paper designs a loader radio remote control system which is based on stm32microcontroller. The system can reduce the labor intensity of the driver, avoidaccidents which may caused by hazardous work environment, improve the accuracyof the driving operation and provided the conditions for the further development ofautomated loader.This thesis completed the following work:(1) According to the needs of the actual work situation and the development ofexisting technologies loaders, analyzed the loader remote control system whichfunctions should be completed and the methods to achieve, designed the overallstructure of the system and select stm32microcontroller as the control center of thesystem.(2) By comparing the existing steering system of loader and the future directionof development, analyzed the characteristics of articulated steering frame andsteering cylinder structural, designed the pilot circuit as the core of electro-hydraulicproportional valve which make the loader hydraulic steering system can acceptremote commands control, and the scheme of how other institutions to accept remoteloader control is proposed.(3) By analyzing the characteristics of the application stm32microcontrollerfeatures and loaders working environment, designed with the core of nRF905wireless communications circuits and electro-hydraulic valve to the core of the drivecircuit L9352B, describe the circuit functions and principles, proposed the redundantsensors ideas to improve system fault-tolerant.(4) According to the hardware circuit structure and loader workflow proposedthe software design principles of this system, designed transmitter and receiversoftware processes of the remote control system, the preparation of the corresponding stm32source code, and make a software simulation of the program,analyze the measures to improve anti-jamming capability.This design of the remote system has the following features:(1) Presented to the core of the electro-hydraulic valve electronically controlledhydraulic circuit, the operating mechanism of loader can get rid of the limitations oftraditional mechanical transmission structure.(2) Choose the highly integrated, cost-effective chips composed of hardwarecircuit which can improve the success rate and flexibility of the design.(3) Select microcontroller PWM output to control the electro-hydraulic valveaction, it can makes control more accurate and reliable work.(4) The overall system is low cost, simple structure, easy to use and has broadapplication prospects.
