| Compared with non-renewable sources of wind energy has a great advantage, aspeople increasingly widespread use of wind energy, wind power systems have becomemore sophisticated, now able to accurately predict the power generation capacity andcapture the maximum wind energy has become two hot issues in wind power generationsystems.In order to accurately predict the generating capacity of wind power the first ispredicting the wind speed. So the three-dimensional wind field prediction studied in thispaper focuses primarily on wind speed prediction. Ant colony optimization algorithmBP neural network based on historical wind data of wind farms predict an hour earlywind speed, using the relative percentage error, mean absolute percentage root meansquare error and relative error of these three indicators to evaluate the model, the resultsshow that compared to its pure BP neural network algorithm, the ant colonyoptimization algorithm BP neural network model has smaller errors and higher accuracy.In order to achieve a three-dimensional wind field predicted wind farm spatialcorrelation is introduced, so it not only predicts the time of the wind speed for singlelocations while achieves the predicted wind speed of other locations, the simulationresults show that at different points on the same wind direction not only appeared on thedelay time and the general trend and volatility also exhibit a strong similarity, indicatingthat BP neural network based on ant colony optimization in time to predict the windspeed, plus the spatial correlation method in space to predict the wind speed, finally, theformation of three-dimensional wind field simulation model is feasible and effectiveform of judgment on the general direction of wind farms. Through thethree-dimensional wind field prediction not only can be used as reference data for windfarms, and use the wind speed to accurately predict wind power in the grid can beeffectively controlled to reduce and net unfavorable impacts.For double-fed induction wind turbine want to capture the maximum wind energy,the key is to keep the best wind turbines at the tip speed ratio.Based on a function of tipspeed ratio and rotational speed that there is an optimal rotational speed corresponding to its best tip speed ratio, so the main problem to capture maximum wind energy iswhen the wind speed changes can change the rotational speed in time.
