| Energy shortage becomes more serious in the world.It is the only way to rapidly exploit renewable energy source for solving the problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution.So the application of wind power generation is got more extensive attention and employment.More and more scholars take up lots of correlational research on the development of wind power technology and utilization rate of wind energy.The main purpose of the paper is to realize optimal control of power for large-scale wind turbine generator system under rated wind speed.It is to capture the maximum wind energy and control optimally power for wind turbine generator system under rated wind speed,the ways include building the model of large-scale wind turbine generator system,achieving the improved hill climbing algorithm and formulating the simplified fuzzy-PID controller.The main contents are as the following.Firstly,each part of models is built for wind turbine generator system including wind speed model,rotor aerodynamic model,transmission chain model,generator model and so on.And then,the whole model of wind turbine system is built ultimately.According to the model,it is selected a appropriate algorithm for tracking maximum wind energy to realize maximum energy capture for wind turbine.When optimal power and rotor speed are gained by the improved hill climbing algorithm,the rotate speed of wind turbine is tracked and controlled by the coresponding fuzzy-controller to void big disturbance affecting the normal work of wind turbine.So the power of wind turbine can be optimized further more.Secondly,a simplified fuzzy-PID controller is adopted due to the nonlinear performance of variable speed wind turbine system,it is considered the no precise mathematic model,the fussy input and output rules of fuzzy-controller,and the better robust and stability of PID-controller.It is realized to control the rotate speed of wind turbine indirectly.The wind turbine system achieves the optimal control of power under rated wind speed in the end.Finally,it is studied and simulated the dynamic model of wind turbine system,the control algorithm given and the controller by MATLAB/Simulink.From the simulation results show that the variable speed wind turbine system using hill climbing algorithm improved and the simplified fuzzy-PID controller can achieve the maximum wind energy captured when it works under rated wind speed.And it ensures the operation stable and realizes the power optimal for wind turbine simultaneously. |
