And then do the simulation analysis of the model. The maincontents include the strength analysis and modal analysis. Obtain the relevant propertiesof the product, such as the most dangerous point, the inherent characteristics andvibration mode,etc. According to the simulation results,other designers of project teamoptimize the buffer. And according to the optimized new dimension to do the secondarybuffer model. And then do simulation analysis, again get its stress state and the modalparameters. And the compares the twokinds of design of before and after optimizationto verify its carrying capacity.The finite element analysis using the Workbench. First of all, loading the originaldesigned part in CATIA to Workbench, and try to run in Workbench,and then get thesimplified model scheme; And then simplifying the model of the original design, onceagain into the finite element analysis software. Analysis will contact pair of Workbenchand function combination of rotation, and the success of the process in reverse bufferrubber and the contact between input and output shaft force, has a certain credibilityanalysis results are obtained.
