Oxygen is indispensable aid supplies during the treatment process, and it playsan important role in the ambulance to treat the patient. It can achieve real-time mobileoxygen generation, oxygen filling, and oxygen supply and ensure the emergencyprocess oxygen demand at any time, increasing the capacity of oxygen supply,changing the status of the existing ambulance oxygen supply dependence of cylinderand enhancing the ability of emergency. Therefore, develop oxygen generation andcompress system, and achieve the uninterrupted oxygen supply on ambulance, whichis a great significance to ensure oxygen supply.Establish a technology of oxygen generation and compress and oxygen fillingand supply process based on PSA oxygen generation and pneumatic compressedoxygen filling principle in this paper. Through the selection of air compressor, theoxygen compressor, the control valve, and the design of the layout and the structure ofabsorber, oxygen storage tanks, oxygen bridge, oxygen filling pipe, oxygen supplypipe, and realized the design of oxygen generation and compress unit and oxygenfilling and supply unit. Based on the PLC control system and the modal analysis ofprinted circuit boards, the integrated structural design of oxygen generation andcompress unit and oxygen filling and supply unit was carried out by Solidworkssoftware, completed structure design of oxygen generation and compress system onambulance, and developed a prototype of making pressure oxygen system. Test resultsof the performance showed that flow rate of oxygen generation was5L/min, oxygenconcentration was93%±3%, oxygen compress flow was2L/min, oxygen filling was13MPa, weight was90.1Kg, dimensions was543×370×1260mm, power was350w.In order to meet automotive requirements, vibration design theoretical analysis wascarried out, established a dynamics model of vibration system, completed the damperselection and layout design, conducted a random vibration and sine sweep test of thedamper and oxygen generation and compress system. The results showed thatmaximum power spectral density was generated in random vibration test was0.1167g2/Hz and5.12g2/Hz when sine sweep test was24.830Hz.The oxygen generation and compress system have generation and compress unitand oxygen filling and supply unit, possessing several functions such as oxygengeneration, oxygen compress, oxygen filling, oxygen supply, parameter display, faultalarm, automatic shut-down and so on. The oxygen generation and compress systemrealize continues oxygen supply on ambulance and has broad application prospects.
