The treatment of water supply and adding oxygen(OT)means adding the appropriateoxidant such as O2, and H2O2, so that the corrosiveness of heat instruments can bealleviated. As the reverse of reductive procedure, it is an oxidation procedure that canremove oxygen from water.Some problems can be solved, such as the deposition of boiler, the loss of cauterization,and the fast augment of the pressure-reduction of the direct current crucible and heater.Therefore, the boiler need not be washed frequently. the run-periodicity of purifyinstrument of coagulator was prolonged, and the service pipe was improved greatly.In order to reduce the causticity of the feed-water system, lighten the forming of bilgeand accumulating salt of steamer, and prolong the chemical washing period of boiler,we putforward the project about water supply performance. Then the adding oxygen system andsampling equipment were installed and the resin in the processor of coagulation water wasexchanged, and performed the water supply adding oxygen experiment and oxidationtreatment test.It was proved that the quality of the steam in 4# unit was improved obviously, since theOT treatment was performed.The run period of over-treatment was prolonged, at the same time, the dirty remainedin the boiler was released and dissolved, and the quality of steam was improvedpreferably.
