Bulrush has the quality of fine texture and rich in fiber, which can make paper andhandicraft article. It is also an important and good environmental protection material,building material. At present the domestic technology of harvesing water bulrush adoptsthe manual harvest and mechanical harvest generally. Manual harvest is not onlytime-consuming but also the efficiency is very low, the technology of mechanical harvestis not yet mature, which uses waterweed harvest ship, the efficiency of harvestingbulrush is also very low, and makes bulrush in disorder, which is not conducive to thesubsequent processing work for bulrush.Based on complicated harvesting conditions of water bulrush, low efficiency of theexisting harvesting ship and the messy situation of harvesting bulrush. In order toachieve high efficiency and orderly harvesting bulrush, reduce physical work and purifywater resources. A new high efficiency and orderly harvesting ship has been developed.Bulrush harvesting ship is mainly composed of hull, cutting platform, separating bulrushmechanism, supporting bulrush mechanism, conveyer belt, hydraulic control system,driving system and so on.This equipment adopts hydraulic system control the cutter restrise or fall and can realize different depths of operation; The water-spraying device canbe propitious to cutting operation;Separating and supporting bulrush mechanism canmake continuous bulrush harvesting, smooth delivery;Gathering wheel can make bulrushneat placement.The article cooperates organizational design with hydraulic system, andcan achieve harvesting operation efficiently and neatly. In view of movements of cuttingplatform, analyze and design the hydraulic system rationally.The machine part design divides into the integrated design stage and the detaileddesign stage used the large-scale three dimensional cartography software, designproposal contrast and optimized key component under software environment modeling.Through assembling and the movement simulation interference inspections avoided thedesign flaw effectively, reduced the design cyclic and quicken the design steps andadvance the quality.Using ADAMS software on cutting device of model.Finite element analysis and thekey components of the applied load and constraint, analysis the stress, deformation, andsecurity aspects, verified its performance to meet the design requirements and confirmedthe feasibility, thus ensured the reliability of the design. Utilized powerful computingcapabilities of computer to analyze and optimize parts, saved time as well as ensured therationality and economy of design.
