In the past two years the fog haze phenomena occur frequently, indicates that the environment problem is becoming more and more serious. The importance of energy conservation and emissions reduction is realized by more and more people. With the rapid development of construction industry, building energy conservation become the focus of energy conservation, equipment energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the building energy consumption, especially the air conditioning system energy consumption. So we need to find a form of more energy conservation and environmental protection air conditioning system. Capillary radiation air conditioning is attention by more and more people because of its energy saving and comfortable. But because its theory research is not deep enough, the relevant design specifications and standards are not issued by the relevant departments, the air conditioning form has not been promoted to the market, so we need to further the theory study.Based on the research and development in both domestic and overseas on radiation air-conditioning, in this paper studied load calculation and condensation problem of capillary plane air-conditioning. Obtained a method of load calculation that was suitable for this air-conditioning system, this provided a theoretical basis for its practical application.First of all, this article analyzes the heat and solar radiation of air conditioning room and the influence of solar radiation to capillary radiation air conditioning. The reasonable calculation method is put forward, analysis with specific examples. In order to solve the problem of capillary condensation of radiation air conditioning, the physical model is established, the results show that detectors are arranged as the form of triangle is more suitable. It can not only satisfy the use requirement but also economical and practical. Finally we can concluded that the inlet water temperature0.5℃higher than dew point temperature is safe and reliable.In addition this paper also analyzed the capillary radiation air conditioning system for building types and areas. Applicability analysis on ceiling radiant cooling with displacement ventilation system in hot summer and cold winter area and reconstruction project of northern area.In order to study the capillary radiation air conditioning system of cold and heat source problem, two kinds of feasible solution are put forward. One is solar energy,the other is heat pump. Heat pump system can be divided into the ground source heat pump, water source heat pump and sewage-source heat pump.
