Hollow concrete floor assembly box is a prefabricated assembly and in-situ reinforcedconcrete box girder composite ribs from the new box-section ribbed floor technology. Hollowconcrete floor assembly box empty box of concrete used to make the formation of a two-wayribbed plate-like, which makes the plate thickness of the concrete translation of the sameeffective height is greatly improved, thereby increasing the stiffness significantly reduces theamount of steel; This new floor technology has overcome many problems exist in the prior artsolutions, the use of good mechanical properties of the cavity plate, effectively reducingstorey structure and steel banding is simple, easy formwork, construction speed, can beapplied to a large cross, a large bay public buildings, commercial buildings, residentialbuildings, a wide range of beam and slab floor to replace the original structure, so theassembly box concrete hollow floor structure has great value, economic value, in the actualproject has also been widely used, due to the this structure is also not complete theoreticalsystem, designed to simplify the calculation of the lack of a reasonable, therefore, theassembly box concrete hollow floor in the actual project is limited. Although there have been anumber of scholars in the field of experimental and finite element analysis of concrete hollowfloor box assembly were studied, drawn by the terms of the force in the form of floorperformance, stiffness and bearing capacity calculation to calculate the conclusions, but forcolumn bearing assembly box concrete hollow floor structure forces in the vertical distributionof static loads less research, analysis of internal force of the floor structure of the theoreticalsystem needs further improvement, in order to assemble a wider concrete hollow floor in thebox practical engineering application, its internal force distribution under load research isimperative. Firstly, on a3×2cross-column support assembly box concrete hollow floor structurespecimens of the static load test, test specimens in three load cases on the section of thecontrol strain, and draw various conditions holder or cross-sectional strain distribution curve measuring point, the analysis of the strain distribution curve, according to the constitutive relation of concrete, has been supporting the assembly of hollow concrete floor distribution boxes across multiple columns under load stress.
