| In the grasslands of Mongolia has a rich reserves of bituminous rock,throughresearch,the bituminous rock composition of asphalt and grassland natural sand, theasphalt content is about12%,according to different rock properties of asphalt,asphalt content is slightly different,in the1940s in Mongolia for the application ofbituminous rock. As oil prices soared all the way,the price of asphalt is also high,and the bituminous rock are very cheap,if we can effective use of the bituminousrock,the bituminous rock join the asphalt mixture,replace part of asphalt andaggregate,which will significantly reduce the cost of asphalt mixture. At present,there is no research on the pitch system and related data.So it is necessary for the bituminous rock to make a system research,testingperformance of bituminous rock asphalt, asphalt rock was applied to test thefeasibility of materials,and to evaluate the results.This article is divided into two parts of bituminous rock analysis,the first part ofmain raw materials of bituminous rock asphalt performance test analysis,the secondpart through Marshall test to evaluate bituminous rock as a whole to join thefeasibility of asphalt mixture.First,by20-1100type asphalt mixture analyzer determination of the asphaltcontent in asphalt rock,adopts the method of rotary evaporator in the extraction ofbituminous rock asphalt, and the extracted asphalt three indicators experiment(ductility,penetration and softening point,low temperature bending beam rheologicalexperiment (BBR),finally in the contrast of bituminous rock asphalt and hand over90#asphalt performance dif ference,carries on the analysis on the results.Second,through the mixture ratio design and determine the optimal dosage ofmatrix asphalt,replacement method is used to replace one by one,with a certainamount of bituminous rock to replace the original optimum asphalt content of asphaltmixture,and then mixing and making Marshall specimen,replace the range of5%to25%,namely rock asphalt mixture in the dosage of5%to25%. Test the hair volumerelative density,theoretical maximum relative density,Marshall stability,flow value,porosity and void in mineral aggregate and asphalt saturation effectively. Marshall specimen by comparing the matrix asphalt and the indexes of asphaltite Marshallspecimen,analysis of a certain amount of bituminous rock into the matrix asphaltmixture,the Marshall specimen of performance change. And analyze rock asphaltdosage increased from5%to25%,the rock asphalt mixture performance trends.Finally, through the matching ratio method to determine the best asphalt contentaccords with a requirement to get the rock asphalt mixture. Through this study has thefollowing conclusion:Bituminous rock asphalt from90#in the low temperature performance ofasphalt,high temperature resistant performance is good,the stiffness modulus is small.Asphalt mixture asphalt by20-1100type analyzer after extraction and rotaryevaporator,the performance of a certain change will happen. Bituminous rock afterjoin the asphalt mixture,the void fraction increases,Marshall stability and asphaltdesaturation. Use with rock asphalt mixture ratio method available to meet therequirements. |
