Profiles Of Water Resources In Youxi And Design Of New Pure Drinking Water Processing

The Youxi water resources profiles are including vertical and horizontal streams, dense river network. With the territory of500square kilometers, more than10square kilometers of the river, there are79dendritic river systems. Youxi drinking pure water manufacturers are small-scale enterprises, with poor conditions and personnel quality. This design of producing40tons/class pure drinking water from Fujian Provincial Water Conservancy Investment Group (Youxi) was established in this dissertation.Based on the size of the current urban development and operation type, this design was combined with today’s sophisticated and efficient production processes and energy saving requirements, with a high degree of mechanization and manual operation mode. It would produce high quality and have a good market competition. The design process was aim to save investment, reduce production costs as a precondition, taking into account the development prospects, the analogy of the domestic industry and similar plants and the maximum value for money. According to pure water production process, each step was divided layout and high degree of automation, to control various aspects and use pulsed electric field sterilization techniques to produce bottled water for sterilization. It could effectively kill microorganisms in water and would not produce bromated, free radicals and other harmful substances without environmental pollution. Its sterilization efficiency was high and uniform treatment.
