Foreigners done a lot of research of fatigue endurance test and lifetime estimationfor cars. Vehicle parts CAE fatigue life prediction methods are just starting the domesticstage, based on the level of research and testing ground, little indoor bench, combiningroad load testing ground also belong exploratory stage, the lack of a database has guidingsignificance. In order to design fatigue life of vehicle parts critical analysis pointed outthe direction we need to establish a database on the contribution of different road forvehicle parts fatigue damage.In this paper, a cross-cutting projects developed A0-class car, select the target vehiclebody for research and analysis objects. Through the target vehicle mule car collection sixstages of the proving ground roads spectrum signal component, binding kinetics using theroad spectrum software lms virtual lab motion modeling, simulation test mode anddynamic loads; using lms motion twr virtual iteration six vertical force component loaditeration into displacement simulation method by mixing the road, the model appears toprevent rolling phenomenon. Finally extract the body boundary constraints loads, thenuse specialized software Ncode fatigue loads on the boundary relative fatigue damagecalculation, without the need for true stress-life (S-N) curves and geometric properties.Then calculate the size of the load damage caused, drawn four roads on the body fatiguedamage contribution proportional relationship. We draw washboard road fatigue biggestimpact on the body, so the body after the fatigue strength of the design can be real fatiguelife prediction for washboard road load, would not the fatigue life of each road vehicleare calculated. This will establish a testing ground for the road on the body fatigue damagecontribution database, but also for the road test site analysis provides a feasible approachto the contribution of other parts of fatigue, fatigue strength design for automotivecomponents pointed out key research direction, shortening the development cycle.
