When the traditional fatigue life prediction is usua lly the actual road test site method is adopted to pretict the fatigue life of vehicle com ponents and assembly.But this method test time consuming,cost. Vehicle shock absorb er harshnessNVHof vehicle and passenger safety performance has an important influe nce.In order to shorten the test cycle,save resources,this article adopts the method of v irtual proving ground at the beginning of the vehicle design for virtual fatigue life pre diction of vehicle shock absorber.In this paper,considering the actual situation of our country's traffic road,Hainan tropical test pavement through scanning, calculated according to the national standard GB7301-86and GB/T12678-90specified in the use of the method of harmonic superposition principle write virtual fatigue durability test road power spectrum.Through MATLAB software will become a computer analysis of the principle of wraving and ADAMS software need information of pavement, and to establish a complete virtual fatigue durability testing ground road model; Considering some nonlinear factors in the vehicle under the condition of the finite element model of vehicle system is established in this paper.
