Currently, to realize the wind turbine generator system output speed and output power constantly is one of the important technical support for high-power grid-connected wind turbines. Because the wind resource is the direct cause of instability in unstable wind turbine output frequency. To accomplish our goals,<<the wind power development in "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" put forward, so that our wind power technology has reached world advanced level, the development of grid-connected wind turbine is imperative. At present, China’s technology in the field of high-power wind turbines is still in its infancy. In order to ensure that the output frequency must be consistent with the grid frequency, requiring constant generator speed, this paper is a study of the new megawatt wind turbine drive train.The new transmission scheme to double-gear box fitted with hydraulic mechanical speed control device is designed based on a set of suitable2MW wind turbine drive train, including changes in the speed of rotation of the direction of the bevel gear drive system, double-geared boxes, hydraulic mechanical control devices and control processes. As the hydraulic machinery speeder is the core of the device in the system, while the carrier as a major force component of the input device, through its static analysis found that, regardless of the stress or displacement deformation are far lower in the allowable value. With the principle of material savings and reducing its cost to carry on its topology optimization, gets new carrier structure to meet job requirements.Through the new wind turbine drive program continues to improve, got to meet the technical requirements of grid-connected wind turbines for drive train. The innovative ways to combine double-geared tank with hydraulic machinery speeder has achieved an important role in wind turbines from low speed to high speed, constant power and constant speed output, making up for the current domestic wind power technology in the field blank, so that our wind power technology to the international advanced level has taken a solid step forward.
