Environmental pollution and depletion of fossil fuels have already been the biggest threat to the current society.Wind power as a kind of clean,pollution-free and renewable energy,countries around the world have accelerated its development and utilization.While traditional single wind rotor wind generating sets occupy the large market,its utilization efficiency of wind energy is low.Moreover,the large gearbox and generator are placed on the top of the tower,which cause installation difficulties and inconvenient maintenance.Given all of these problems,a new design scheme about synthetic gearbox of double-rotor wind turbine was putted forward in this thesis.The planet gear transmission was used,due to its tedious design process,long design cycle,high requirement about precision manufacturing and complex processing process,the virtual prototyping technology was used to optimize the design,test performance,simulate manufacturing and use of the gearbox.In this thesis,the main research contents include:1.A new design scheme about synthetic gearbox of double rotors was presented.The new type synthetic gearbox of double rotors was successfully designed.The related parameters of the key components in the new transmission chain were calculated.The gear and shaft strength was checked.The 3-D model of the synthetic gearbox of double rotors was established by Solid Works.2.The simulation model of the synthetic gearbox of double rotors was established.According to the 3-D shape of the synthetic gearbox of double rotors,a rigid model of the double-rotor wind turbine gearbox was established in the Romax Designer.Moreover,a rigid flexible hybrid model of this gearbox was built by considering the flexible structure of the planet carrier.Under the condition of random load,the rigid model and rigid flexible hybrid model of this gearbox were simulated.3.The simulations of the rigid model and rigid flexible hybrid model of the synthetic gearbox of double-rotor wind turbine were analyzed.In the Romax Designer,the rigid model and rigid flexible hybrid model of this gearbox were analyzed,and the results were compared with the theoretical ones.The strength of the input shaft of the third stage bevel gear and the output shaft of the third stage bevel gear were checked.The static performance of planet carrier was analyzed by finite element method,then the position of the maximum deformation of the planet carrier was found out.Based on the simulation results,the key components and positions were suggested for improving the following design.It provides a theoretical foundation and some guidance for the optimal design of the synthetic gearbox of double rotors.
