In recent years,with the severe increase of environmental pollution and energy crisis,there is an urgent hope to get a new alternative energy source. And li-ion battery,with itsmany advantages,causes the attention of people. At present,the research and production ofli-ion battery have both made significant progress,and its application in many fields has alsomade great progress. In the respect of power battery,especially Fe Battery,is most widelyused. However,li-ion battery need to be managed when it is used. As a result,the application,monitoring and management of battery has become one of the key technologies in thedevelopment of li-ion battery.This paper introduced the research and design of Battery Management System (BMS)from the aspects of electric power general aircraft. The design of this system adopts newarchitecture,and redefines BMS System. Considering electric power general aircraft onboardli-ion batteries’ BMS has complex structure,large size and weight,lower acquisition precisionand high power consumption at present,which severely limits lithium Batteries’ application ingeneral aircraft,this paper puts forward a general aircraft electric BMS based on DSP,whichrealizes the acquisition and processing of multi-section li-ion phosphate power Battery’svoltage,current and temperature,and displays in real-time circulation; it enhances acquisitionprecision of hardware and software; it integrates isoSPI bus protocol,and it can expandmulti-chip acquisition module; it reduces the weight and size; it integrates the circuit in alarge scale and reduces the wiring; it adopts CAN communication,which is convenient andquickly. In the aspect of software implementation,SOC value estimation uses EKF algorithmplus with compensation algorithm to ensure the estimation precision,adopts the method ofsoftware anti-interference,enhances the system anti-interference ability.Hardware circuit design of BMS in this paper is reliable, economic, andstrong-anti-interference. Upon examination,the estimation of SOC is accurate,and this designhas the characteristics of "steady,accurate,quick".
