In recent years,energy problem is a major issue all over the world. Storage technology is a rational use of grid resources refrigeration energy-saving technologies. Refrigeration unit run when low peak power load at night, resulting the cold storage in the pcm, then releasing the cold when peak power, meeting peak cooling load demand,generation and use cold realization phase separation and ultimately achieve peak load shifting, saving electricity purposes. In recent years,storage technology has become a hot topic in international studies,mainly in air-conditioned buildings, the current low temperatures below0℃study abroad storage phase change materials and their application is still relatively small, but our country but for cold storage great demand, with the development of storage technology, the low-temperature phase change material requires basic research, and determine its thermal properties, low-temperature phase transition is expected to expand the scope of application of thermal storage materials. Therefore, the research and development of low-temperature storage technology has great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, different levels of low temperature and high temperature latent heat storage agent screening and testing. Screening phase transition temperature of-10℃,-20℃inorganic salt solution in two different temperature levels as phase change materials, their storage material with stable performance, high latent heat, no phase separation, etc., which can be applied in cold storage refrigerated vehicles, refrigerated storage and car interior temperature field numerical simulation. In this paper, the work has the following aspects:(1)According primaries suitable storage temperature requirements refrigerated vehicle low temperature and high latent heat of phase change material value, and its phase transition temperature, latent heat, stability testing.(2)Filter through a cooling curve fabric to meet the requirements of the phase change materials, the type of nucleating agent and adding thickening agent is configured to resolve the undercooling phase change material is present in the storage and phase separation by freezing and thawing and tested attenuation does not change, good material stability.(3)By calculating the outer tube of the storage process of natural convection heat transfer coefficient obtained during the experiment tube storage of natural convection heat transfer coefficient on ice before and after the change. According to the calculation parameters and then refrigerated trucks load and cold storage cold plate charge is calculated on the compartment refrigerated trucks. Provides a reference for the practical application of refrigerated storage car storage board design and layout.(4)Numerical simulation method to simulate the distribution of the plate storage compartment refrigerated trucks temperature field simulation of temperature field in different facets of the compartment. The results show that:the temperature of its compartments suitable for refrigerated trucks refrigerated transport.
