| The paper Committed to the Reseach and development of ten-tons typeSQ200ZB4Truck crane which will target at analysis and calculation of thetelescopic-arm and the rotating arm in truck.Use the Stress-Calculation formula toanalyse the strength and stiffness of each dangerous section in telescopic arm in orderto verificated the safety of telescopic-arm’s Structure.Then constructed the3Dparametric model of the telescopic-arm with PRO/E software,analyse the staticcharacteristics of5conditians in telescopic-arm with the Finite element analysissoftware of ANSYS Workbench,and then constructed the Distribution of Stress-strainin each condition of telescopic-arm. Compare the value of finite element with theactual measurement data in orde to verificated the accuracy of static model whichcome from finite element analysis.At last, start to do the Analysis and research onfatigue life and dynamics modal characteristics with the finite element analysissoftware. |
