However, compared with the world advanced level, in terms ofproduct variety, quantity, or mechanical performance, quality and other aspects of theexistence of a gap. Currently, enter the global market, international competition, China’scrane manufacturing industry is facing both opportunities and challenges to the newsituation. Therefore, the continuous development of the crane and innovation is the key.In this thesis, a large-span double girder gantry crane for the prototype, refer to shorecontainer cranes and cable-stayed bridge of the structure, plus oblique rod. First, the useof finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the double girder gantry cranemodel. Then, take full account of local loads, distribute the load to avoid stressconcentration at the loading, using simply supported bound manner, avoid unnecessaryconstraints on the hinges using coupling to simulate the way. Finally, the unmodified andimproved double girder gantry crane for structural static strength, stiffness and modalanalysis, comparing the results before and after improvement and make summary. Theresults showed that: oblique rod can significantly improve the span gantry crane forcestatus, plus oblique rod backdoor machine structure more uniform stress distribution andmeet the requirements of the Design Manual. Improved approach is more reasonable, andcan fully save material cost reduction. The improved structure of the natural frequenciessatisfy manual requirements.This thesis actual direct link with the on-site production, the results can be feddirectly to the production practice, examine the rational design of existing products. Thisstudy on China’s large-span gantry crane metal structure design has some significance, inaddition, the finite element calculation is short than the traditional process, the resultsfully comprehensive, understand and master the new design methods for future work andstudy has far-reaching significance. |
