| The safety, reliability and quality of passenger ropeway, directly related to the safety of people’s life. At present passenger ropeway develops very quickly in China. With the development and application of new technology, once malfunction or accident occurs, may cause big loss and bad social impact because of passenger ropeway group die and group injury. Supervision inspection and regular inspection are the important means of government safety regulation on passenger ropeway. The passenger ropeway safety conditions, however, is not only its inspection of the state, depends more on daily management, maintenance and inspection. At present, the passenger ropeway supervision inspection and regular conclusions are more rigid. The inspection results can only reflect the test equipment status at that time, but cannot effectively reflect equipment risk and its development. This paper thoroughly studies the RBI technology application in passenger ropeway risk evaluation method, study and put forward the passenger ropeway semi-quantitative and quantitative risk assessment method, and made the engineering application demonstration. The main results are as follows:(1) To formulate the scope of passenger ropeway data collection,(2) To form the table of FMEA based on the division of the system of passenger ropeway,(3) To develop a qualitative risk assessment method on the basis of the failure causes of failure modes of passenger ropeway system(4) On the basis of qualitative analysis, to determine the two subsystems risk level, select high risk two subsystems,(5) To develop a quantitative risk assessment method on the basis of the second high level risk subsystems of passenger ropeway,(6) To put forward the passenger ropeway risk management method.This paper finally forms risk assessment procedures of the passenger ropeway based on RBI, which is also drafted to draft standard, and provide necessary theoretical and technical support for the passenger ropeway hierarchical safety supervision. |
