Our risk analysis theory is still in its infancy,and broad applications of risk analysis,quantity,but no breakthrough deeper theory techniques.This is our country risk analysis and evaluation of the theoretical system is a challenge.Water conservancy project construction construction period,since the project is large in scale,the strength of the construction period is relatively high,harsh construction environments,the unit construction to participate more,staff turnover is relatively large,influenced by geology,topography and climate change than and other characteristics,determines the complexity and diversity of the construction of the risk factors.Therefore,the risk of hydraulic engineering in construction period will also become a major problem,solve the problem of the risk of water conservancy construction is becoming increasingly urgent.Based on the characteristics of the construction of water conservancy risk factors,the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process F-AHP and fuzzy binary comparison of the two methods improved risk analysis,the important elements are:(1)Construction of water conservancy project construction risk theoretical system,identify which factors may cause the occurrence of risk events,and thus risk classification.(2)the use of improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the establishment of AHP structural model,based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy principle,the use of MATLAB language computer program,based on qualitative analysis and then be quantified.(3)For improved fuzzy binary comparison is concerned,be effective in all types of risk factors,qualitative and quantitative evaluation system to handle various forms,since the flexible advantages,it is more use of a wide range.After discharge prioritize risk factors,we order their weighting factors assigned,then the guidelines layers importance sort.In the improved F-AHP and improved fuzzy Binary Comparison Methods Geermu River flood control project construction of landscape design project risk,improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,simple and clear hierarchical structure,applicable between the same element There was no significant correlation,the computer program using MATLAB language,avoiding the use of approximate methods for solving matrix eigenvalues vectors maximum improve the accuracy and efficiency of the two methods by consistency test,betterconsistency,conclusion consistent,it can be applied to the construction of the risk assessment.Improved F-AHP high analysis accuracy,heavy workload for the calculation and evaluation of large projects;low computational improved fuzzy binary comparison method precision,calculation is relatively simple,generally applicable to the calculation and evaluation of projects.Improved F-AHP analysis to the Geermu River flood control project construction of landscape design project risk assessment is more effective scientific.
