| The study of the thesis is mainly about the influence of dynamic characteristics ofcantilever coated with damping coating and coating of different conditions on the dynamiccharacteristics of the cantilever beam, by using the method of finite element simulation andexperiments together, analyses the influence rule of coating structure of different coated areaof the dynamic characteristics of cantilever beams, conducted a preliminary exploration andoptimization design idea and method of damping structure on the coating method.According to the characteristics of damping coating, using3D Modeling software UG8.0to establish a cantilever beam solid model of different coated area and coating thickness,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the dynamic characteristics of a cantileverbeam and a cantilever beam is coated with a coating of the calculation, focuses on the analysisof the influence of damping coating on the cantilever beam natural frequency and vibrationtype. The establishment of3D model of coating of the cantilever beam, and the non coatedcantilever beam, double coated cantilever beam, one side coated cantilever beam, finiteelement modal analysis of double half coated cantilever beam. Coating on different coatingarea and coating the thickness of spectrum analysis, harmonic response analysis and transientdynamic analysis, get the complete dynamic characteristics of different conditions of thecantilever beam in different loads.The experiment system is designed to analyze a set can be used to test the coating coatedcantilever beam mode, the experimental system can be measured by cantilever beam naturalfrequency and vibration mode. The cantilever beam using the experimental system, doublecoating cantilever beam, one side coated cantilever beam test, double half surface coating ofcantilever beam, get the inherent frequency and vibration model, verifying the finite elementanalysis is feasible, verify the correctness of the finite element analysis, which laid thefoundation for the design of coating damping structure.Finally, discussed the effects of different coating method of coating under dynamiccharacteristics of cantilever beam rules proposed in the different environment, the coating mode saves materials and obtain the best effect of shock absorption and noise reduction of thecoating, the result son the optimization of the actual coating damping and noise reducingstructure design has a guiding role; at the same time, coating ways design and safe andreliable work has important engineering application value. |
