Peaty soil are widely distributed around the dianchi lake in kunming, peat soil is particularity soft soil, it is not belong to the common soil of six categories, and compared with silt, silty clay soil, there are significant differences. Therefore, in en-gineering practice, It is need to give special reinforcement principles and methods for peat soils.This paper mainly in peat soil in Kunming for the study. Mainly for the uncon-fined compressive strength test and penetration test in the laboratory, screened the best curing agents and the best proportion suitable for peat soils, admixtures and various materials. The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1) By collecting peat soil around Dian chi, and laboratory research, Preliminary master undisturbed soil strength and permeability characteristics of Dianchi peat soil, and then develop pilot programs.(2) By the laboratory testing of adding cement, fly ash and lime and other hardened materials, firstly, explore the unconfined compressive strength and perme-ability coefficient under the different proportion of cement-soil hardening material, and achieved satisfy the strength of peat soil mixing cement pile of curtain for cutting off and permeability performance requirements of plan. And concluded that the dif-ferent variation regular of the different content of the hardened material with the cement soil at different curing time in the strength and permeability coefficient, and the respective dosage range were determined initially.(3) According to the hardened materials to determine the range of dosage, se-lecting cement, lime and fly ash as the main stabilizers, and through uniform design, looking for the proportion of cement-soil of hardened material curing peat soil. Through data analysis, test results of the test targets established description of each factor test indicators relationship between mathematical models in its range of con-ditions, and use the matlab2013a analysis the regression of the test results, establish regression models for each factor in the analysis as significant, excluding non-significant factors, simplified regression equation models.(4) According to the regression model, find the multi-function extreme, fore- casting the unconfined compressive strength of the60curing time and to achieve the best proportion of hardened materials.
