Therefore, In order to guarantee the safe operation of thetunnel, for deformation monitoring of tunnel and the warning is necessary. Through the tunneldeformation monitoring data processing, we can study the deformation law of the tunnel, so as toachieve timely warning, to avoid the occurrence of disasters. But, whether the deformation dataobtained from monitoring of deformation monitoring technology and precision requirements,whether may serve as a basis for calculating the displacement, by analysis of monitoring dataprocessing and precision.There are a lot of difficulties about the precision of deformation monitoring data analysis,mainly in four aspects: the high observation precision of deformation monitoring requirements,large amount of deformation monitoring data, diversified precision index, complex dataprocessing. But, thankfully many experts and scholars in the aspect of data processing andanalysis are done deeper research, and a lot of new ideas and new methods are put forward,developed a number of practical data processing and analysis software. This paper takes onedeformation monitoring and warning project of west-east gas pipeline tunnel of Xinjiang as anexample, comprehensive study of the following four aspects: firstly, the design of the tunneldeformation monitoring scheme; secondly, data acquisition method; the third, data processingmethod and process; the fourth, the analysis of data accuracy.
