Water is the source of life and one of the most important material for the survival of mankindand nature. In recent years, the lack of freshwater has become the focus of everyone’s attention, andmany areas have been hit by serious crisis of freshwater. To solve such a prominent issue, on theone hand we should promote water conservation, on the other hand we should use new technologyto increase freshwater sources. Researchers conducted extensive research, to explore new ideas inthis air intake technology, to address the increasingly prominent issue of freshwater scarcity offersgreater possibilities. Researchers conducted extensive research, to explore new ideas in this airwater-intake technology, to address the increasingly prominent issue of freshwater offers greaterpossibilities.Semiconductor refrigeration technology is extremely important with its unique advantages inthe air water-intake, the thermoelectric coolers is successful application of this technology.Combined the photovoltaic technology, semiconductor refrigeration technology and air water-intaketechnology, we used the thermoelectric coolers in a new type of solar air water-intake device, thedevice includes a solar-powered unit, control unit, the air intake unit, and a detailed analysis of eacha constituent unit of the composition.The thermoelectric coolers is composed of five different effects, when the current changes, theeffects will change and affect the cooling effect directly, but there is a current when thesemiconductor coolers work in the best state, that the optimal conditions. According to the effect ofthe five forms, analyze the causes of each effect in the calculation of the power relationshipbetween the chip and semiconductor refrigeration cooling capacity, establish a dynamicmathematical model to analyze the extreme points of the thermoelectric coolers according to thedynamic model, obtained the current value when the optimum operating conditions.In this paper, the solar air water-intake device as an experimental platform for case analysis,the use of golden section method for semiconductor chip cooling conditions of extreme value searchproblem to solve, and step by step to obtain the relevant data through experiments by the law ofoptimization process, made current close to the optimum current gradually. When the current is inthe margin of error, we can say that the thermoelectric cooler is in the best conditions. Through thesearch of the extreme point of the thermoelectric cooler confirmed the extreme search, which has avery high application value, can improve the efficiency of the thermoelectric cooler.
