| Electricity consumption,chlorine consumption and alum consumption are the main components of water production cost in the water industry.Compared with the other two items,the electricity consumption accounts for more than 80% of the cost of water production.How to dispatch the water pump in a better way,so that the purpose of electricity saving and consumption reduction can be realized while ensuring the safety of production,is a common problem faced by water supply enterprises and needs to be explored for a long time.This paper mainly studies the optimal operation of first pump house(also known as raw water pump house,water intake pump house).Through the study,familiarity and understanding of production process and main production equipment knowledge,the whole system is designed first,and the main control principle is determined to be "make-up water in peak water consumption and store water in low peak water consumption".Through the decomposition of technological process,the control system is modularized.There are two key control algorithms in the control system,one is the prediction of the water supply of the second pump house,the other is the matching selection of the pump unit operation.Through the comprehensive calculation of short-term and long-term water supply data of the second pump house,the water supply of the second pump house in the next operation cycle can be roughly estimated.On the basis of giving full play to the regulation and storage function of the clean water reservoir,combined with the control of the water level operation curve of the clean water reservoir,the outflow flow of first pump house can be calculated.Finally,through the control of genetic algorithm,combined with the real-time feedback control,the start and stop of first pump house unit and the adjustment of frequency are controlled to reasonably and economically dispatch the operation of first pump house unit to ensure the safety of production and the balance of water production.At the same time,it can reduce the adverse impact of the sudden change of water quantity on the subsequent process of adding alum and chlorine and the quality of the outgoing water Stability helps.In addition,the software and hardware system selected in this paper is based on the existing hardware platform based on SCADA mechanism of beihekou water plant.Through PLC and configuration technology,the optimal scheduling scheme for the pump house of beihekou water plant in Nanjing is realized,which makes the scheduling of the pump house of the plant more stable,reasonable and economic.By selecting historical data for system test and comparing the operation results with the historical operation,it can be seen that the design of the optimal scheduling system is of practical significance and can produce obvious economic benefits. |
