Small and medium-sized boiler is the important equipment which consumes large amounts of energy and which produces atmospheric pollutants and which is related to production,people’s life and safety. Boilers account for a sizeable proportion of overall energy consumption in the national economy. Coal-fired boilers account for a large proportion of in he most northern district heating heat source. Because small-sized boiler’s operating efficiency,energy consumption,environmental pollution,the low degree of automation,using state-of-the-art technology used in the boiler control systembecoman inevitable trend of development in order to improve the situation,which improves the degree of automation of the boiler system.This article is based on three hot water boilers for a heating station research background, processing and controling requirements for hot coal-fired boilers, the boiler system is designed by IPC, programmable controllers and related instrumentation and other hardware and the use of Industrial Ethemetand integration and other technologies,which constitute a remote monitoring system. The system’s main design elements include: Advantech IPC, redundant Siemens S7-400PLC, controll ing the implementation of the selection of the devices and field instrumentation; Industrial Ethernet, Profibus-DP bus network construction; SIMATIC STEP7V5.5write software to achieve a structured application; using PC configuration software KingView6.55to simulate process screen operation screen, alarm and reporting system, user security management configuration of the man-machine interface.Because outlet water temperature of boiler combustion system has inertia, serious lag, and which is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model characteristics, the use of conventional PID control can not achieve closed-loop control, simple fuzzy control can not guarantee a good dynamic quality the entire system, this paper uses fuzzy PID controlmethod to ensure water temperature of accurate and timely controll. Air-fuel ratio of boiler combustion is particularly important in the actual operation boiler, setting air-fuel ratio is generally based on human experience, which can not guarantee dynamic economy combustion. In this paper, the most advantage fuzzy self-optimization algorithm to achieve automatic optimization can automatically search to the new conditions, adaptive capacity, ensure the economy boiler combustion.The construction of the entire system and intelligent algorithm improve the level of automation and management, ensureing normal safe operation of the boiler.What’s more,this system is easy to operate.
