Since 1988, construction supervision (cs) has been implemented in china as a fundamental reform in construction management system. Construction supervision powerfully promote the development of construction in china since it is practiced. There are lots of fuzzy problems and indefinite phenomena in the course of construction management. Engineers usually make decisions depend on their personal experience and opinions. Sometime it does not lead to a scientific result. With the fast growing development of fuzzy mathematics, many new methods appear by the combination of fuzzy mathematics and other theory such as system engineering, operations research etc. This article will use several fundamental methods in fuzzy mathematics, including fuzzy clustering, fuzzy recognition, fuzzy critical path method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, to solve the fuzzy and indefinite problems in the course of investment control, progress control and quality control in construction supervision. Mathematical models will be set up and analyzed, a quantitative conclusion will be given at last. The level of civil management is wished to be proved by this way in order to support the development of construction supervision in china.
