The Research On The Prefabricated Facades Of The Architectural Form

At present, there is a waste of resources and environmental pollution for Chinese wall from the selection of materials to the construction process. The requirement of sustainable development value and industrialization of construction put forward higher request for the the development of wall materials and construction technology. Prefabricated facade, a major direction in the industrialization of the building, is an effective way to reflect the architecture and environment coexisted in harmony. However, due to the effect of people’s consciousness and technical factors, fabricated facades didn’t get popularization and promotion in China. Recently, the production technology and the construction technology come mature increasingly, which supply the basement for the fabricated facades.The paper defined and described the concept of fabricated facades, made a systematic exposition of the development of prefabricated facades, made a brief analysis of the characteristics of the various historical periods, and discussed the advantage and limitation of fabricated facades by the method of comparative analysis. On the base of a large number of relevant construction examples at home and abroad, there were three types of prefabricated facades concluded in line with the difference of the way of construction, which included hanging plate assembly exterior wall, inlaid fabricated facade and structure fabricated exterior wall. And then the paper did the system analysis and related construction technology, founded the internal logic relationship in the performance characteristics and summed up the performance of the prefabricated facades characteristics:repeatability, indistinct and gradual change, which laid the theoretical foundation for the related research. Finally, combined with the analysis of the above, this paper took the example of specific projects to explain in detail the problems from the integral design of the wall to the node control, which laid strong foundation for building practice related.The research on the fabricated facades showed great significance of theory and practice for architectural creation. In generally, this paper aroused the re-awareness and understanding of the prefabricated facades and laid a foundation for concept defined and in-depth research in theory. In practically, the research concluded the performance characteristics and construction techniques of fabricated facades, consequently, which provided a broader architectural creation idea and enriched the creative way of architecture design.
