As the non-renewable energy is exhausting, the environmental crisis is seriouser than before.Human beings are facing to energy and environmental crisis.The countries and governments in the world are doing their best to search for a way to get new energies, the design of new green energies and advocating using low power consumption equipments have become a new trend of the world. Solar power, wind power and nuclear power on this trend are playing important roles. But solar power costs so much and requires high level technology, so the solar power’s proportion in the whole world’s electric power is very small. Although the nuclear power have advantages on the efficiency of generation and economic benefit, but it is obviously not safe. With the development of technology, wind power’s advantages are gradually revealed, such as the low cost, easy maintenance and higher security.This paper aims to study a kind of equipment which is used to make a small power generation and store electrical energy, and the equipment is mainly used in the plains which are short of wind power. Its characteristics are on the low power, high efficiency, easily maintained and environmental protection. Thesis mainly used the power electronic technology and the control theory knowledge to analysis and design, and make use of the computer technology to simulate, and finally the thesis uses tests to demonstrate the theory.Around the research of the low power generation equipment, in the first thesis makes a theory analysis and verification to the Bi-directional DC-DC Converter and construct the basic theory circuit. Then the thesis uses a special circuit simulation software to make a feasibility simulation. After solving the problem about the converter between the wind power and electronic energy, then the thesis expounds the choice of energy storage component, in the final analysis the advantages of new energy storage component-super capacitor, and expounds the reason which to choose the super capacitor to be the energy component.Then the paper begins to construct the control system, which communicates the wind power converter system with energy storage system, and the control system uses the detecting module to scan the voltage of wind power generation and the state of super capacitors, and the module transmits the information to the control system, then the control system processes the data from the module and make a intelligent charge to the energy storage system, after these, the wind power is stored in the super capacitor and the control system processes the capacity check in all the time. Then the paper processes the hardware circuit design and the software programming, and makes a PCB to prove the theory. According to the research contents and wok that have done above, a summary and some existing shortages are given at the end of the thesis, which show the future effort working towards.
