With the sustained and rapid development of national economy, more and more cities have subway, People concerned about the subway operation safety much more than ever before. Base on summarize occurred operation accidents home and abroad, the fact is that it is very important to analyze the hazard of subway operation. Taking effective evaluation on subway operation system will improve the management level of subway operation safety.Basing on the safety system engineering theory, make analysis on the hazard of subway operation. The paper researched the structure and constructing principle, the function and the method of the target system. The assessment index system of home and abroad has been learned. The Subway operation system has several subsystems, according to their characteristic, found the index system of subway operation safety assessment.In this paper, the weight of each subsystem is calculated by the Analytical Hierarchy Process. It shows that the right compositor of different hierarchy of safety index system through the calculation by the help of judge matrix. Based on fuzzy mathematics theory, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied in the subway operation safety assessment system. The principle of fuzzy mathematics is introduced to establish the comprehensive safety assessment model in the subway operation system. The applying example shows that the method is very effective and feasibl, it can be used in the subway operation safety assessment.
