Transport by Subway has the great advantages of being fast, accurate, safe, comfortable, and convenient. It also has a big capacity. It will not be affected by road surface traffic, nor by the weather changes, which enables it to be the first choice when more and more cities develop their public transport. Subway, as a rising public vehicle has been introduced into our country for over twenty years. In recent decade, with the rapid development of our economy, Subway not only stays in metropolis, but also has gradually entered the secondary cities. We are now starting a large-scaled subway construction, which will not only bring great changes to the current public transport, but also will bring more and more hidden safety troubles.Subway station is the key point to a Subway construction. It is quite different from civil project, house building, or railway construction. Standing on the constructional character of the Subway station, the writer uses the knowledge of safety engineering to differentiate the source of dangers during the process of construction , analyze detailed dangerous matters which would affect the safety, and finally raise up corresponding precautious measures.This thesis has put forward the theory of third party supervision, which has changed the original way that only the construction unit takes the task of surveying. Now the construction unit will set up a third party supervisor, who will cooperate with the construction unit to realize double management and double supervision. Thus the accuracy and efficiency of the supervision will be highly lifted up. It can also provide scientific and precautious information. A visual identity system at construction site is built up to set a systematic, normative safety propaganda and guidance. These criteria will reduce the accidents happening, and reach the goal of establishing a modern safety guarantee system.The thesis also sets Tian fu Square Subway station as an example to analyze all factors which affect the safety, to appraise the construction site with Analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetically judge. It also uses quantitative analysis of the construction site to take control of the safety status and management level, finding out the gap and try to improve step by step.
