Wind tunnel testing is an indispensable components of aircraft Research. It plays an important role in researching and development of Aviation and aerospace engineering, The quality of wind tunnel test that is a direct impact on aircraft design whether is good or bad. The performance of the wind tunnel’s control system is directly related to the quality of the wind tunnel flow field, so, it is necessary to complete and improve the whole control system.In this paper, it in-depth analysis the main parameters of the blow-off wind tunnel Mach number, which was improved in the original control system.The blow-off wind tunnel as the research object in this paper, we analyze the structure of blow-off wind tunnel principle, control system components and the working process, in-depth study of the Mach number control system. Base on the research results at home and abroad, we design the overall model adaptive controller of Mach number based on fuzzy systems. Then, after the introduction of fuzzy systems, it distally introduces the model design process, work process and its components.Adaptive controller of Mach number based on fuzzy systems includes Mach number identifier, Mach decoupler and Fuzzy PID controller. Mach number identifier is based on Fuzzy adaptive network (ANFIS), Self-learns through the network, achieves identification of Mach online in real-time, and reduces the error caused by the empirical formula; Mach number compensation decoupling controller is also based on fuzzy network. As the coupling relationship between Mach number and total pressure, Mach number required to decouple. The design of the controller, meets this requirement, and it can decouple online in real time, compensate for input, and achieve better control objectives. Fuzzy PID controller is based on the conventional PID, adds a fuzzy system, and adjusts the three parameters kp, ki, and kd of PID, in orde to make the PID controller has self-learning ability, and reduce error caused by given initial value by human.Finally, on the basis of each designed controllers, it simulates of experimental data of air blowing test, compares with the practical situation, analysis of simulation results, prove the correctness of the controller design.
