With the rapid advanced of science and the improvement of people’s living standard, people have more requirements for the comfortable of cars. Especially in recent years the development of big torque and lightweight has become a more remarkable trend, but the vibration characteristics and ride comfort is worsened and influenced to a large extent.Powertrain mount system as one of main vibration sources and noise sources, Car’s NVH performance is determined by powertrain mount system’s inferiority, and got more and more designers’attention.Reasonable matching and optimization for parameters of the engine-mount system according to the parameters of engine power assembly, that is not only benefit for the ride comfort, and can improve the life of parts and vehicle. This paper is based on the reading and summarizing of large number of domestic and international literature, have a study of basic theory of powertrain mount system, and bulid simplified powertrain mount system model with ADAMS with the exapmle of four cylinder and four stroke engines three mount.Based on the established model, acceleration response and force curves of mount and centroid can be obtained through the vibration simulation in ADAMS/View. The ditribution results of inherent frequency and the energy distribution of mount can be got through modal analysis utilize ADAMS/Vibration. What we have got can be shown in post-processing module ADAMS/Postprocess,and do detailed analysis on it.Based on the analysis results, define stiffness an design variables, optimization can be done according to the different optimization goals and choose different methods. With matching of inherent frequency and energy decoupling, the minmum of dynamic reaction force as optimization as the goal, With natural frequency and energy decoupling ac the goal, the frequency meet the powertrain mount system natural frequency range, and the energy decoupling got obviously optimization. In order to support place dynamic reaction force of the target of minimizing the optimization design, after optimization the centroid of powertrain mount system of acceleration of Z were significantly reduce. Compare the results of optimization and before optimization, it is easy to get that optimization results is better than the before optimization, and which meet the purpose of optimization, what we have got prove the correctness and feasibility of the optimization method, which has some reference value for the future research of powertrain mount system performance of vibration isolation.
