Along with the booming of vehicle number automotive road traffic accidents is rising year by year,the accidents have become a danger in the global scope. From the perspective of of all kinds of accidents, of which collided head-on collision and followed the side the most serious consequences collided. This paper mainly studies the frontal crash cars process, including low-speed collisions and high-speed collisions. Car bumper is first when exposed to front collision of automotive parts, therefore obstacles must be improved.First of all, according to the Canadian CFVSS215bumper low-speed crash (8km/h) regulations,improved the structure of endergonic and properties in vehicle front crash.We do analyze from circle shape、ripple shape、filler structure and do contrast with them. Through the simulation analysis and contrast studies reveal the above three buffer absorbing stent in is touch buffer absorbing, and the function of the lateral comparison in low-speed conditions this three kinds of buffer energy-absorbing structure differences.With the conclusion of a low-speed collision as reference.A new endergonic structure has been deviced and do simulation analysis in56km/h with FORD vehicle.After Install the new endergonic,we see the conclusion from velocity changing、acceleration changing、former body X direction relative displacement、A point on A column of the relative displacement、A point on B column of the relative displacement、A point velocity changing on seat、A point acceleration changing on seat、Seat and dashboard relative displacement. Reduce the velocity, acceleration peak value and extent the peak value time. Driving indoor relative displacement Increase100mm.The energy effect indeed improved2%.At last we do simulation analysis with8t truck80km/h.15degree corrugated beam on collision type barrier. Proof ripple of high speed type barrier in the effectiveness of heavy-duty trucks collision.
