The wind power basement is the most important part of the structure. It bears the upper structure to inherit all the load transfer to the foundation safely and reliably, and keep the structural stability. With the wind turbine tower height and wind power’s model increases, makes the basis of wind power unit suffered load more complex, and wind power infrastructure technology is not mature enough, makes the wind turbine has occurred the accidents such as overall overturning and collapsing. So urgent needs on the basis of the detailed force analysis and optimize the design to ensure that its economic rationality. This paper proposes a new foundation:concrete filled steel tube pile foundation. Through theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and software simulation completed the major works are as follow:Introduce the various types of offshore wind power structure and the advantages and disadvantages of each type. Propose the concrete filled steel tube pile foundation for offshore wind power basement.Through the interaction between the single pile and soil, give the pile-soil interaction of three models:curve model, piecewise linear model, linear model. Give the formula of load-displacement. Then taking into account the pile under load, the pile has a certain amount of compression and give the formula of compression coefficient and pile compression of different piles.Analyzing the interaction between the pile group and soil under the effect of cushion cap, consider the square and round caps’load transferring between the pile and soil. And get the formulas of different displacement deformation of pile and soil and get the formula of pile radius of influence.Through a practical example, calculate the concrete filled steel tube piles’bearing capacities of tensile and compression. Get the pile radius of influence and the displacement group piles and soil. Check the safety of die cutting, overturning and sliding of the cushion cap.Using the ABAQUS finite element software, simulate the whole loads, displacement and stress. Focus on analyzing the pile’s stress variation along the path under the largest load, the tension and compression’s status of the biggest deformation’s point of piles and soil.
