As an important part of rotating machinery, the working performance of rolling bearing can effects the overall performance of equipment. Hence, it has an important significance to detect the fault of rolling bearing rapidly and accurately in practice. The design of rolling bearing on line detection system in this dissertation can achieve the aim of rolling bearing on line fault detection. Rolling bearing online detection system and the production line are synchronous. using wavelet transform method to analyze the features of vibration signal of rolling bearing which improve the level of intelligence detection system.This dissertation introduces the operation of the whole development process of online detection system. The detection system is based on IPC, DAQ, A/D converter as the core and has high automation level of mechatronic system with using sensor and production line as the auxiliary control device which covers computer control technology, sensor technology and signal processing technology, etc.In the design process of the hardware system, various factors have been considered. As in the selection of sensors, fully respecting the principles of sensors selection and ensuring the accuracy of measurement results. Sensors to collect the vibration signals of the rolling bearing and sent to the host computer through the data acquisition after filtering, though which complete the collection and transmission of vibration signal. A good human-computer interaction interface is provided in the detection system utilizing a computer, which can monitor the process of fault detection and can query and storage of fault detection. At the same time using PC to control the transmission belt, so that the automation degree of the whole system is improved.Impact impulse will produce periodically with other components in the system process time, while the rolling bearing has local surface damage. The impulse frequency band is wide and can be included in all the inherent frequency of the system, which arouses all natural vibration of rolling bearings and make the original stationary signal non-stationary.In view of the rolling bearing problems, the wavelet transform method has been utilized to analysis the vibration signal. Compared with the traditional Fourier transform, the wavelet transform has the advantages in the process of signal analysis. This paper introduces the details of the bearing vibration signals analysis by utilizing MATLAB wavelet. The distribution of energy is drawn according to wavelet coefficients and fault band will be reconstructed by utilizing wavelet packet, which fault features of rolling bearing will be observed intuitively and easily. It is proved wavelet packet has powerful performance of fault diagnosis, which can easily obtain the fault features of rolling bearing by using proper methods.Detection system analysis the vibration signals of the rolling bearing, though which the common faults of rolling bearing diagnose successful and achieved good results.
