External shading product is a shading artifact installed on the window. It is an energy-saving device which is more effective than internal shading, as it can absorb and reflect most of the solar radiation before reaching the surface of the building. Usually it can reduce80%of the direct solar radiation heat on the building surface. There are exterior shading and blind and so on.On the base of the study of blinds development at home and abroad, combined with the design principles and requirements, this paper developed the energy-efficient window integrated with external shading and anti-theft with chain traction, and determined the design scheme of the overall structure. Each system structure was designed. It adopted new louver flipping mechanism, lifting mechanism and louver structure. It can adjust the louver angles to make the louvers roll up or down. This paper established the three-dimensional model of the louver and chain based on Solidworks. Strength analysis of the louver and the first chain were performed by Simulation to determine the reasonable parameters of louver, and the maximum load of the first chain is in a reasonable range. This paper also analyzed the transition track and the curling track when the louver roll up. The curve fitting of the curling track was performed by MATLAB software. The paper determined the functional relationship between the curl radius and the angle. This paper designed the gear structure of operating system, determined the gear transmission range. In Shanghai, the thermal performance of energy-efficient window was analyzed and calculated. The paper determined southern energy-efficient window’s shading performance, which is at the sixth level, and thermal insulation performance, which can reach up to the ninth level. When the building height is40m, its wind pressure strength level is the ninth. The energy-efficient window’s effect on building energy consumption was analyzed with DeST-h. The best shading time and the energy-saving rate of the energy-efficient window in different orientation were determined. This paper tested and inspected the watertight performance and airtight performance of the sample, and proposed improvement measures of the sound-insulated performance, sealing performance and daylighting performance of the energy-efficient window.The research methods of this paper are mainly research analysis. Using computer software to design the structure and simulate. Using energy simulation software to analyze its energy consumption. Making the sample to inspect and demonstrate the relative performance.
