Weighing involves a wide range of fields, it is so inextricably linked with the modernindustrial production, the rail transport, the construction, and the people’s daily lives. Peopledo not require the speediness of the weighting in daily lives, and can weight after the system isstable, so this method of weighing is called static weighting. But the actual industrialproduction, such as pharmaceuticals ingredients, food production, and the plant’s assemblyline production, put forward higher requirements of weighing, That is weighing when thesystem is not stable, it is also called dynamic weighing. Dynamic weighing improves theproduction efficiency of the plant, brings benefits for the enterprise, and protects the interestsof consumers. Therefore, dynamic weighing has great significance in the modern production.This paper analyzes the reasons for the existence of a dynamic process of weighing, listsseveral mechanical weighing device now often used in industrial production, and studies themechanical model of the weighing system, the vibration equations are derived based on asystem of vibration theory, the expression of the second-order system transfer function isobtained after Laplace transform, then the transfer function can be used to describe thedynamic characterization of the system. For the characteristics of the output signal ofweighing sensor, a search method is taken after analysis and comparison. The search methodhas the faster speed to process data and the better accuracy, its search process has norelationship with the weighing system parameter, it can measure the system steady-state valuewhen the system is still in the oscillation, and improve the efficiency of the system. This paperdesigns a dynamic weighing system applied to the factory assembly lines, the understandingand research for the dynamic weighing technology is deepened through the system.The weighing device is mainly composed of two parts, one part is the mechanical device,the other is electronic part. The electronic part is discussed detaily in this paper, the function ofeach device is described and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The electronicpart includes weighing sensor, amplifier circuit, the excitation source of the four-armdifferential power bridge, the data acquisition systems, and the virtual instrument.This paper designs a load test chart, and the rational size of each part of the device, showsthe relationship between the load power and the output voltage. Finally, the static calibration and dynamic calibration of the weighing sensor are carried, and the static and dynamiccharacteristics are analyzed.
