With the substantial growth in electricity production and life in our country, the electricalfire accident rate is rising, the state has formulated and revised a number of policies andregulations, to reduce the electrical fire accidents, electrical fire protection market is facinggreat opportunities and challenges. But currently on the market for electric fire monitoringproducts generally high price, and cheap product function is too simple. The development of asmall size, high precision measurement, good consistency, multiple electric fire detector andelectrical fire monitoring device with the corresponding has realistic significance.This paper first introduces the current development of electrical fire monitoring system atpresent, analyses the cause of electrical fire, shows the characteristics and researchsignificance of electrical fire monitoring system, and introduced the relevant policies andregulations of electrical fire monitoring system in china.Secondly, paper puts forward the design scheme of the electrical fire detector andelectrical fire monitoring device. The paper describes the design principle and realizationmethod of electrical fire monitoring detector based on PIC single chip microcomputer. In thehardware aspect, first introduced the whole hardware structure, which is mainly composed ofPIC18F46k22, residual current detection circuit, a temperature detection circuit, composed ofLCD and matrix keyboard, clock circuit and other components, then the paper detaileddiscusses the circuit design of each part. In software section, according to the modularizationdesign theory and the achieved functions, the whole software design is divided into seven parts,such as the system initialization, residual current acquisition, data processing, communication.In the paper describe the program flow and function of the five modules in detail.Thirdly, this paper describes the monitoring equipment in detail. In terms of hardware, thedesign of the overall structure is described. In terms of system software, detailed introducesthe application design based on Delphi environment, the design of interface and system design,including system software programs form.Finally, we test the system. According to the results can be seen: precision grade residualcurrent measurement was1.8%; the maximum relative error of the residual current of twomeasurements is5.8%, the difference between two relative error is1.7%, measuring precisionand good consistency.
