Huizhou ancient architecture is the precipitation of the immortal monument ofexcellent traditional culture of more than two thousand years, it also is a wonderfulwork in Chinese traditional architecture, Its architectural craftsmanship is evenmore precious in the remains of ancient culture of Huizhou area. Depend on thesetraditional techniques, Huizhou buildings can survive long time,it also to be shownin people eyes after storms. It is because of the inheritance and development ofHuizhou traditional craftsmen, it can appreciate the art techniques of Huizhoucraftsmen. However, with the development of the times, The protection oftraditional architecture focus on the cultural material and static level, while nothave paid enough attention to protection and inheritance of traditional technique.At the same time, with the development of society, the introduction of newmaterials, new technologies and new technology, the advantage of the traditionalancient buildings in the living function slowly cut, resulting in constructiontechniques of Huizhou traditional houses have been lost.In this paper, The research object is the wall of dwelling South Anhui Provinceof Huizhou area, The first is for the local residence investigation and local building,analysis construction process.Secondly,it based on the wall construction technique, to improve with localmaterials combined with modern technology to make the wall on the mechanicalproperties, waterproof performance and thermal performance.Finally, puts forward some measures to protect the wall, it also protect theintegrity and authenticity of the building wall. Combined with the protection of thewall and put forward some measures to repair, under different conditions byusing different ways to repair, ensure the originality and integrity of the wall.
