The generator unit in distributed energy system can engender a large of jacket waterwhich needs to be cooled by closed cooling tower in theory.However, if the waste heatof jacket water is directly discharged into the environment, which not only gives rise tothermal pollution,but also causes energy waste.The heat taken away by jacketcirculating water accounts for the total energy consumption in the system of about20percent to25percent. If part of low grade heat energy can be recycled, it will have greateconomic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits.At present, the waste heat is mostly recycled by heat pumps, among which theabsorption heat transformer shows obvious advantage in distributed energy system.Thisunit is based on the distributed energy system’s demands for steam and electricity in thetextile industry.By jacket water of80-90℃as driving heat source, it improves water of85℃whichis heated by waste gas to high quality saturated steam of0.15MPa.Therecovering waste heat is the saving energy and also correspondingly reduces a bit of loads of wasteheat boiler. This paper mainly analyzes the cyclic process of absorption heat transformer,and then studies the thermodynamic calculation and heat transfer calculation.At thesame time, by EES (Engineering Equation Solver) engineering calculation software thepaper writes a set of calculation units and realizes the simulation and performanceanalysis of the unit,which provide a certain approach and a theory for technical studiesof absorption heat transformer.In the end,the influence of absorption heat transformeron the efficiency of distributed energy system is analyzed and the economics of the unitis evaluated benchmarked against the primary energy ratio and the payback period.The results show the absorption heat transformer has obvious advantages afterrecovering low grade waste heat, which broadens the application of wasteheat.Subsystem of absorption heat transformer increases primary energy utilization rateof distributed energy system by more than6%. Compared with other traditional boilers’steam supply systems,the absorption heat transformer’s annual operating costs are lowerand its payback period is shorter. So it has an extensive application prospect.
