Security has always been a greatly concerned issue whether in industry or in dailylives because of its complexity and intersection of multi discipline, and it is hard to usenumerical description. But as the human-oriented concept extending, safety has becamea more and more important concept. Security issues include two factors, people andmachine, and most of the accidents happen because of the human factor. For thetraditional security design, most of the safety measures were focused on management,and both its executor and object are people,and it is the human factor which ischangeful that causes damping. So the present study comes up with the initiativesecurity design which chooses to focus on the machine factor.This dissertation divide the theory into three steps: inherent safety design,adminicular protection and danger tips. For the inherent safety design, it is describedboth in human injury criteria and operation space, and put forward the safety margintheory that is human exposing to risks but getting no injury, and the system planningtheory that is risks avoiding; for the adminicular protection, it can be divide into twosteps which are accident probability calculation and reliability in safety design, as to theaccident probability calculation, accident space law and failure tree theory werepresented in this dissertation, for the reliability in safety design,“and” security lawwhich is based on failure tree theory was presented. And to make it more persuasive, thedissertation presents some models which are from reality, and get a satisfied conclusion.
