However, owning to the neglect to the environmental protection, the environment has been destroyed badly. Improper activities has damaged the landscape for camping, which caused severe ecological and environmental problems. This article refers to the theory of ecological footprint, it is a method of quantitative evaluation of regional sustainable development degree, it is one of the best indexes to evaluate the level of green campsite. The ecological footprint theory is applied to the landscape planning and design of RV camp:On a macro level, grasp the ecological situation in the region, and provide the basis for planning control in the camps; In microcosm, analysis campsites eco-footprint form, take the appropriate policy and ecological mitigation measures. This article from the ecological carrying capacity, ecological landscape structure, and ecological promotion strategy from three aspects rv camp landscape planning and design, to keep the ecological balance of the camp, reduce the adverse effects caused by planning, optimize and improve the local environment.The paper consists of five parts:Part one:It is an introduction part, state the question to propose, significance, RV campground review, the research methodology and the technological route.Part two:Describes the ecological footprint theory, introduced the ecological footprint of the structure, and discusses the theoretical framework of ecological footprint in the camp landscape planning applications.Part three:Outlines the planning area (in Shenyang) profile and its ecological and environmental conditions, analysis of the region’s resources and emerging issues.Part four:The fourth chapter is part of the practice area. Guided by the theory of ecological footprint theory, combined with the status quo and analysis of ecological footprint of the base area, the planning area for the overall planning and zoning design.
