| Offshore wind power is becoming the focus of the field of new energy development, China has a long coastline, rich offshore wind resources. But compared with western countries, China’s offshore wind farm technology is still in its infancy, the design and construction experience relatively scarce. Sea fan base structure design is a very important link in the construction of offshore wind farm, fan of grouting connection in infrastructure and reliable connection is an important guarantee of sea fan run normally. In this paper, based on single pile connection section as the research object, compared with the prototype design size, in accordance with the ratio of1:10scale to carry on the design, a total of four kinds of models; Using finite element software ANSYS, the grouting connection section under axial under low reversed cyclic cycle load, load-displacement curve analysis, and through physical model experiment verified come out of the load-displacement curve, comparison and analysis the simulation of hysteretic curve and it is concluded that the hysteresis curve model, and used in specimens cut through physical model experiment, depending on the type of damage and damage to the correctness of the analyzed results, for the design and calculation of practical engineering, provided the scientific basis and reference.This paper studies the main contents include:1. The model by using ANSYS, ANSYS modeling, four groups of model is set up, respectively is:short axial shear key model, short axial shear key model, a longer axial shear key maternal, conical shear key model, simulation cycle the axial cyclic loading, in accordance with the hysteresis curve set in advance good group contrast analysis. Calculation, found that no shear key model in the third load level cyclic loading for the first time the damage, the axial force of about560kn. From the displacement hysteresis curve of load graph, specimen has obvious residual deformation. Other three kinds of specimen damage did not occur in the cyclic loading, grouting material on the top of the connection section of shear key parts, and have a crack at the bottom of the connection, the residual deformation and specimen are obvious. In addition, from each time-displacement curve of the specimens and displacement load curve can be seen that applying low speed (2kn/s) model and the high speed (6kn/s), in both cases the results of the difference is not big, namely the same plastic displacement, crack grouting material is also similar.2. According to the numerical simulation model, physical model experiment specimen, through physical model experiment to verify the results of numerical simulation. Physical model experiment results show that:there are shear key energy dissipation of the specimens are better than no shear key specimen; Taper has better shear key energy dissipation of the specimens in the cylindrical shear key specimen; Short shear key specimen energy dissipation ability better than longer with shear key specimen physical model experiment results similar to the results of numerical simulation, to explain the results of simulation and physical model results are credible.3. Cut physical model experiment used in the specimen, analysis the failure surface: shorter without shear key specimen untethered from outer casing and the grouting material; Other three shear key specimen under shear bond failure surface occurred, grouting material was cut up, the shear keys are intact. |
