| Because of its strong corrosion resistance,high bearing capacity,convenient construction operation and so on,the grouting connection section has a very good prospect in the connection of the offshore wind power base.However,with the increase of the service life of the offshore wind turbines,a lot of slippage damage has appeared in many normal operating offshore wind power bases,which has prompted many organizations to study the design of the grouting connection section,and provide the basis for the design and use of the shear bond.Although there are some achievements in the engineering practice and scientific research of the offshore wind power grouting connection section,there are still many shortcomings.In this paper,some problems still exist in the study of grouting connections at present stage are studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)The model of the grouting connection section of the foundation with the first pile method is established by using ABAQUS.The displacement and stress of the pile under the different spacing,height and width of the shear bond are analyzed,and the size and layout of the shear bond are optimized.(2)The bearing capacity of the grouting joint under horizontal load and the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve and energy dissipation capacity under horizontal cyclic loading are studied.(3)Based on the geographical location and geological data of the offshore wind power base,the site of the base is analyzed,and the seismic wave is adjusted according to different seismic intensity,and the seismic time history curves under different seismic intensities are obtained.The seismic time history curves under different earthquake intensities are input into the wind turbine model established by ABAQUS,and the stress time history curves of grouting material in grouting connection section under 6 degree,7 degree and 8 degree seismic intensity are obtained respectively.(4)Finally conduct hazard assessment of vapor cloud explosion in LNG storage tank area.Obtain the casualties and evaluate the safety of the storage tank.Combined with Miner cumulative damage theory,S-N curve of grouting material and rain flow counting method,the damage accumulation degree of grouting connection section under 6 degree,7 degree and 8 degree earthquake intensity is obtained,and the damage life of grouting connection section is obtained. |
