Remanufacturing is a new technology to realize the sustainable development. It is a mode to realize cycle production. And it is also a very important measure for building resource-saving and environment-friendly society. The cleaning technology plays an important role in the remanufacturing process. It not only affects the detection and remanufacturing of used parts, but also affects the product quality and benefit. Traditional cleaning method, which is high cost, low efficiency, labor-intensive and easy to cause environmental pollution, cannot meet the needs of sustainable green remanufacturing. Therefore, there is an urgent need of a new cleaning technology to meet the requirements of remanufacturing demand.To solve the existing problems in current cleaning technology and considering the requirements of remanufacturing, it is necessary to propose a new cleaning technology, which is green and environmental protection, and optimize the process parameters to achieve the best performance. Supercritical carbon dioxide, as a new type of green environmental protection cleaning agent, has not only advantages of the low viscosity and low surface tension of the gas, but also has density, strong penetrability and strong mass transfer ability of the liquid. It becomes the first choice of the new cleaning technology medium.The article take retired engine parts as the research objects and do some research about supercritical carbon dioxide(SCCO2) fluid on the cleaning of the automobile engine surface oil dirt. Setting up a supercritical carbon dioxide fluid cleaning experiment platform and taking the engine lubricating oil as the objects to do the experiment. Carrying out the basic single factor experiments in pressure, temperature, cosolvent, flow and time, and doing the5factors2levels orthogonal experiment to analysis the effect of the factors.By the single factor experiments we find out the best cleaning process parameters and the level of the orthogonal experiment parameters; Through orthogonal experiment the best synthesis process parameters are found and establish the mathematical model of the oil removal rate.Aiming at to solve the deficiency of the high-temperature thermal decomposition(HTD), such as the equipment is expensive, the resource consumption is big, the cleaning cycle is too long, the cleaning parts material is circumscribed; This article compare supercritical carbon dioxide cleaning technology with it, including cleaning effect, hardness, energy consumption, cleaning cost and cleaning efficiency. At last, we reached the following conclusions: supercritical carbon dioxide cleaning technology is more economic, environmental and extensive.Integrated the above conclusion, supercritical carbon dioxide cleaning technology act as a new kind of cleaning technology in the field of remanufacturing cleaning, it has many advantages compared with existing cleaning technology. With the development of the supercritical fluid technology in extraction, material preparation, chemical reaction, environmental protection and precision cleaning, as well as the improvement of machining, it is an inevitable trend that the application of supercritical carbon dioxide cleaning technology using in the field of remanufacturing.
