In order to solve the problems of the waste parts remanufacturing cleaning, and also in order to complete the tasks of the remanufacturing cleaning for a fighter’s parts, so that the surface cleanliness of the parts can reach the remanufacturing requirements, and also ready for detecting surface analyzes,remanufacturing process, remanufacturing assemble and so on. This paper analyzed with a large number of papers which were related with remanufacturing cleaning technology, and based on the theory of green remanufacturing cleaning technology, carried out the study of the remanufacturing cleaning technology for a fighter’s parts, the main contents include the following aspects:1. For the surface of fighter’s parts which were to be cleaned, this paper analyzed the components of the dirt which may remained on the fighter’s parts, and based on the requirements of the cleaning process, developed the different cleaning agents that can used in various cleaning stages. Including the water-based metal surface cleaning agent which was developed through orthogonal experiment and control variable method, and the organic solvent-based water-cut cleaning agent and environmentally friendly degreasing cleaning agent which were collaboration with Dalian New Materials Co., Ltd;2. Based on the cleaning process requirements and the three metal surface cleaning agents which were developed by experiments, this paper developed a new cleaning process which was suit for the object of this thesis. The cleaning process for the parts was:the waste parts "moved in"-water wash process-cut water cleaning process-degreasing cleaning process-drying process-the waste parts "moved out", etc., the cleaning technologies which were involved include the pre-mixed abrasive water jet cleaning technology, the vacuum degassing ultrasonic cleaning technology, and the low vacuum gas cleaning and high vacuum drying technology, etc.;3. In the pre-mixed abrasive water jet cleaning technology, this paper explored the accelerate formal structure and the optimal structural parameters of the mix nozzle which was based on Fluent. In the vacuum degassing ultrasonic cleaning technology, this paper explored the best ultrasonic frequency and amplitude of the ultrasonic sound pressure and improved ultrasonic cavitation bubble diameter through related technologies which were based on Matlab. In the low vacuum gas cleaning and high vacuum drying technology, this paper made a depth exploration in organic heating system which was important auxiliary systems in the low vacuum gas cleaning and high vacuum drying technology, and got the six different subsystems;4. In order to automate the cleaning process and complete the process of monitoring, this paper initial designed an automated monitoring system that suits the equipment operation, including video surveillance for different regions of the cleaning process, communication protocols between Lab VIEW with PLC and LabVIEW programming, so as to make a foundation for realizing the automation.This paper developed a remanufacturing cleaning system for a fighter’s parts, which is fully functional, and will better meet the requirements of the waste parts remanufacturing cleaning. Although different cleaning process system were different in designing, but the ultimate goal is consistent, in this paper, the remanufacturing cleaning system for a fighter’s parts can provide some solution ideas for other similar cleaning process systems.
