In recent years, with the rapid development of the vehicle Networks (VANETs, Vehicular Ad hoc Networks), extensive theoretical researches are coming. One goal of VANETs is to increase the road safety and satisfy users to avoid accidents and congestion on the road. Another goal is to provide intelligent transportation and entertainment applications by the communication between vehicle to vehicle (V2V) and vehicle to road side unit (V2R). As V2R communication becomes more and more important in the science and technology, intelligent transportation and user entertainment applications, higher requirements are put forward on the communication between vehicles and RSU in order to obtain satisfactory user experience and real-time road safety information when driving. In VANETs, RSUs have limited coverage range comparing with3G stations and high deployment cost, so they are deployed sparely especially in the out-of-hotspots in urban (e.g. residentialareas and industrialparks), which leads to BZ (BZ, blind zone) existing between adjacent RSUs. And the V2R communication has some limited factors, such as the main difficulty of end-to-end connection between vehicles and RSU, bandwidth and limited channel resource. These factors lead to some problems including load imbalance of RSUs, long communication delay and low utilization of RSU resources. Therefore, we should make full use of the sharing between vehicles to solve the problem of intermittent links. But the vehicles maybe don’t want to share their resources according to user’s choose, which is selfish. In conclusion, the intermittent links and selfishness seriously affect the overall network performance. In view of the above problems in VANETs, this paper mainly studies the two aspects:First, this paper uses the method of sequential decision to study the content distribution scheme in the BZ. RSU uses the sequential decision method to choose the content assistance delivery vehicles set according to the motion parameters of vehicles. Sequential decision method is composed of a plurality of chronological interconnected decision stages, and the different stage of the decision is made up of the sequential decision-making spaces. The method makes the real-timeinteraction of content between vehicles come true and improves the users’ satisfaction.Second, this paper adopts the method of Coalition Games, and present an incentive mechanism which adapts to the uncertainty, dynamic join and leave of VANETs nodes and diverse network scene, and solve the two kinds of selfish behavior when vehicles download content. This method incents vehicles downloading content from RSUs, also inspiring the content sharing among vehicles and restraining the selfishness of node automatically at the same time. In addition, the incentive mechanism can improve the effectiveness of content distribution and the users’ satisfaction.
