Study On The Incentive Mechanism Of Prefabricated Buildings In China Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

Prefabricated building has the advantages of energy conservation,environmental protection,high eff-iciency and safety,etc.Due to its positive economic externality,government incentive is an inevitable choice to promote the development of prefabricated building.Based on the evolutionary game theory,this paper analyzes the mechanism of incentive mechanism of prefabricated buildings in China and puts forward some policy Suggestions to improve the incentive mechanism of prefabricated buildings in China.This paper first explores the influence of assembly rate on incremental cost of prefabricated buildings.Then,the theory of economic externality,design theory of incentive mechanism and evolutionary game theory are introduced.Finally,by analyzing the relations among the game players in the promotion of prefabricated architecture,the fundamental reasons affecting the development of prefabricated architecture in China are given,and the incentive strategies are proposed from the perspectives of real estate developers,prefabricated component manufacturers and consumers.Based on the analysis of the reality,from the development of the prefabricated construction,consumption and collaborative innovation three angles,respectively,set up the government and real estate developers,the government and consumers,and evolutionary game model of real estate developers and prefabricated producers,in-depth study the conduction mechanism of prefabricated building incentive mechanism,and the key parameters are Python simulation,on the basis of combining engineering examples,puts forward the policy Suggestions to perfect the prefabricated building incentive mechanism in our country.This paper believes that the government should be based on prefabricated construction of resources and environment,social and other long-term benefits,at the beginning of the prefabricated construction development play a leading role,the developers,consumers and producers of prefabricated certain material incentives and policy support,optimize the environment of public opinion at the same time try to reduce the cost of policy formulation,implementation of the cost and lead,on the premise of guarantee the optimal assembly rate reduce the incremental cost,increase the consumer's psychological benefits and function,increase the revenue synergies,reduce the cost of collaboration and technology spillover effect,to better promote the development of prefabricated construction.
